I learned that there's no option to change this progress-bar contrast/colors.
Can you add an option in your next version to make uploading progress bars more vivid, so users can easily see which parts of their releases are shared and which parts are remaining?

I understand what you mean, hkBattousai
I think your problem might be to do with a skin or theme [screenshot seems to have a lot of blue in]
however, if it is informatiion about which parts of your files are being shared/released then check out 'shared files'
if you double click on a file it lists all its parts
and tells you how much of each part has been transferred
